Restaurant Helena in Garbsen

Today we had a really delicious meal again! We thank you!

My grandmother celebrated her driver's license here decades ago. For me it is one of the greatest restaurants in the whole region, and it has been with me all my life. Great atmosphere, great people and extremely tasty! Be very hungry, the portions are big! ;)

It looks a bit strange from the outside, because it is above a swimming pool, near a kind of village house. You have to go in there too. We have eaten upstairs on the terrace, a pity that people smoke there, food with cigarette smoke. But the food was nice, we got a salad, and the staff were very friendly. I also think the price is decent: € 12.50 for a moussaka, € 13.50 for a plate with different types of meat.
